Executive Director of Human Resources
Cheryl Moore, the Executive Director of Human Resources for Our Sunday Visitor (OSV), is responsible for the company's human resources strategy and function, including talent management, leadership development, safety, union relations, benefits, compensation, performance excellence, and cultivating an engaging culture. Cheryl has over twenty years of progressive Human Resources experience with companies such as Marshall Fields, International Truck and Engine, United Technologies (Carrier Electronics and Hamilton Sundstrand), Bowen Center, and SIRVA Worldwide. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University. She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan and an MBA from Indiana Tech. Cheryl has earned an Advanced Credential in Executive Coaching and Organizational Leadership through the Townsend Institute, Huntington University. She is also a Certified Coach in Narrative Coaching, Conversational Intelligence®, Accelerating Coach Excellence, and Global Team Coaching through WBECS. She is individually certified to provide assessments and workshops in Change Style Indicator, Navigating Change, EQ i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) the Conflict Dynamic Profile/Reducing Workplace Conflict, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Listening Intelligence, Hardiness & Resilience, and Myers-Briggs® Type.
